All MATERIAL MEMORIE items are handcrafted and made to order. All photographs are of original samples. Please note that your order may have slight differences from the photograph.

PAYMENT

MATERIAL MEMORIE accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal accounts are not required.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of a recent/current order must be received within 24 hours of the purchase.

SALES TAX
MATERIAL MEMORIE charges sales tax to all orders shipped to New York State residents.

SHIPPING

PRODUCTION
All pieces are made to order. For quality assurance, all orders will be shipped within 10 days of the order date.

USA
All domestic orders are shipped free of charge using USPS Priority Mail services.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail services.
EXPRESS MAIL
MATERIAL MEMORIE can accommodate express/faster mail services. Please email [email protected] with your purchase information to accommodate these requests.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Because all products are made to order, MATERIAL MEMORIE does not issue refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the arrival date if products have arrived damaged. Damaged products are to be returned back to MATERIAL MEMORIE within 14 days. Please email [email protected] prior to returning your item. MATERIAL MEMORIE is not responsible for lost/stolen products. Insurance is strongly recommended. MATERIAL MEMORIE will ship back your item, free of charge. Please allow 7 days before your replacement is shipped.

MATERIAL MEMORIE uses PayPal for all payments which automatically protects all confidential information using anti-fraud technology. Information can not be disclosed to third parties and MATERIAL MEMORIE does not have direct access to store credit card information.
